A. You may book a ride using a major credit card. You may call in if you do not feel comfortable sending your credit card numbers via e-mail. We ask that you to please call us 72 hours or more in advance to book a ride.

B. All charges for pick-up and delivery are based on the actual distance the horse has to pull the carriage. Also, taken into consideration is the time lost 15-20 minutes prior to your booking in which the driver is unable to secure rides with other customers.

C. To book off-line please call Manhattan Carriage Co. at 212.664.1149  10AM -2PM & 6PM-8PM (Mon-Sat) EST. All reservations held with Visa, MasterCard, AX. and Discover. We need the exact name on card, #, expiration date , 3 digit code #,( 4 digit for AX)-and a local calling number or cell phone. We will then follow-up with your driver's name and cell phone number, carriage description, and meet at 59th street/7th Ave.

* Bookings:  Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM (last ride of day shift) and 645PM-to  Midnight

  The Only Saturday  time slots we offer are7PM,745PM,830PM, Midnight ........Sunday's anytime after 7PM

*When booking more than one vehicle a basic bookings agreement must be completed and faxed back to 212 581 8257

 

You may pay by cash, credit card, or money order.

A.    Cash or Money Order, Pay directly to driver after ride.

B.    Credit card- Paid beforehand to Manhattan Carriage Co., Inc.

*Cash rates are discounted and lower than credit card or Paypal rates.

 

How To Book:

1. Reservations will be held by major credit card or money orders.

2. Cash payments still  require a credit card  to hold your reservation.

3. We need your credit card #, expiration date, code #, exact name written on card,

and your cell phone # or local contact number and  zip code.

4. We will then lock in your calendar time slot and date, provide you with....

Drivers name, mobile number– (this info will be given several days prior), p/u location, and carriage description.

Cancellations:

 You may cancel up to (48) Fourty-Eight hours prior to a prearranged ride with no cancellation penalty. Cancellations on the day of a ride will be charged $44- No shows, no calls, last minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of the ride, no exceptions! Do not book a ride unless you are serious. We hear all kinds of excuses and none will qualify. If you book e.g.. from 7PM to 7:40PM and you arrive at 7:15PM YOUR RIDE STILL ENDS AT 7:40PM and full charges will apply.  Please give driver 1 hours notice if you are to be late. Changes will be made is there are no time slot conflicts with our other customers.

Please provide the following billing information: In doing so you are authorizing Manhattan Carriage Co. Inc. to charge you

for lateness, no shows, or taking the wrong carriage. There will be a 5% add on for any of these aforementioned charges. On

weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) no shows are charged for the full ride booked, on weekdays-just our time lost (minimum $44-)

You also decline the right to dispute the surcharges. If you are diligent, these charges will never be added.
